To Give You
Peace of Mind

To ensure our customers' peace of mind and trust, we promise to take the following quality improvement measures.

Our Commitment to
Quality Improvement

  • 01

At the design stage, dyeing conditions and product information are digitized to form the basis for quality assurance.

  • 02

We assign in-house certified inspectors to each process of the dyeing process and carry out the required inspections.

  • 03

We use appropriate inspection equipment and conduct accurate quality inspections centered on data.

  • 04

We will promptly analyze the cause of any non-conforming products that occur within the company and take steps to prevent recurrence.

Consistent
Production System

Our strength is that we can handle all processes from yarn to fabric. In addition to accepting orders for existing processing methods, we can also handle product planning and development according to customer needs.

By entrusting the entire process to us, you will have a wider range of fabric designs and functions to choose from, and you can also minimize burdens such as costs, delivery times, and effort.

Moritsune's
Areas of Expertise

01

Speedy Response

For large-scale manufacturers, the procedures leading up to production are often complicated and time-consuming. Taking advantage of our strength as a locally based company, which allows us to be flexible, we can flexibly respond to requests for short delivery times.

02

Products with Strong Physical Properties

We are good at planning products that require strong physical properties, and have a wealth of experience. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, including related products such as car seats, as well as interior goods, bags, shoes, etc.

03

Yarn-dyed Processing

Yarn-dyeing is more time-consuming than piece-dyeing, and in recent years there have been fewer manufacturers who can handle it. Moritsune processes 2,000 tons of synthetic fibers per year, making it one of the top yarn-dyeing factories in Japan. There are also some things that are only possible with yarn-dyeing, such as multi-colored fabrics. We respond to the diverse needs of our customers, including quality, design, and risk reduction.

04

Wide Range of Color Reproduction

We have a track record of dyeing over 100,000 colors, including fluorescent colors, and can reproduce the colors you request with a high degree of accuracy. We have a specialized testing lab and can handle highly difficult color adjustments, so we can ship the "first lab-dyed fabric" on the same day at the earliest. We achieve color quality with an error of ΔE0.8 or less using CCM (Computer Color Matching). Furthermore, we take into consideration color variations caused by visual inspection, and will submit up to three patterns.

05

Special Processing

We can handle a wide range of processing using existing technologies, such as water repellency, antibacterial properties, and stretch processing. This allows us to add high added value to materials, leading to differentiation. We can also handle everything from planning and development to processing to meet our customers' needs.

Certification

GRS *Pending application

The Global Recycle Standard (GRS) is an international certification program for recycled products run by the American non-profit organization Textile Exchange.

The percentage of recycled materials used in the product, as well as its impact on human rights, the environment, and chemicals, are assessed. Obtaining certification proves that recycling is being carried out correctly and that the product is contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.

Bluesign *Pending application

In the textile and apparel industry, this is a certification given to products that have been produced through a sustainable supply chain.

It is said to be the most stringent standard in the world, and receiving this certification proves that the company has the world's highest level of consumer and worker safety, environmental consideration, and resource conservation.
