A New Patented Textile Material with the Feel of Genuine Leather and Environmental Friendliness
We plan and develop products that meet our customers' needs. We are also available to discuss joint development. We will continue to challenge ourselves to open up new possibilities in the textile industry, not just to manufacture and sell fabrics and yarns.
With a wide range of textures and functionality, there is a high degree of freedom in colors and patterns, and additional customization is also possible. You can choose a custom-made product according to your purpose and design. It also contributes to a sustainable society as a circular material that creates a recycling loop.
Patented Technology: the World's First, Cuts Out Substances That Cause Sick House Syndrome
In collaboration with Toyota Motor East Japan, we have developed a fabric that reduces acetaldehyde. This is the first patented technology in the world.
While efforts are underway to reduce VOCs (volatile organic compounds), which are a cause of sick house syndrome and air pollution, acetaldehyde has been a substance that is extremely difficult to control. It is often contained in urethane, which is used in sofas and other items, and when it evaporates and fills the room, it has a negative effect on health.
The base fabric we developed can be used between the urethane and the outer fabric to adsorb and decompose VOCs, including acetaldehyde generated by the urethane. The results of the removal evaluation test were high, at over 93%, and meet the certification standards for the SEK mark.
Developed in Collaboration with a Long-established Denim Manufacturer and Used in Limited edition Toyota and Nissan Cars
We have developed denim fabric for car seats in collaboration with Kaihara Denim. Kaihara Denim is a long-established denim manufacturer in Hiroshima that not only boasts the top domestic market share of approximately 50%, but also exports to approximately 30 countries around the world, expanding its market share.
Denim fabric, which is normally used for apparel, is made from natural cotton, and all processes from spinning to finishing are carried out in-house by Kaihara Denim. For this car seat, polyester fabric is used to achieve higher durability and the texture of denim, and it was completed through joint development with Moritsune.
This fabric is used in the Toyota-made ROOMY dealer-special edition "model LM" and the limited edition "ROOX BEAMS CUSTOMIZED CONCEPT," a collaboration between Nissan-made ROOX and BEAMS.
